Terms of Service

ThreadzShops operates a print-on-demand commerce platform that enables creators, brands, and teams to launch and sell custom apparel. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these terms.

Account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 to operate a shop.

Content

You retain ownership of your logos, brand assets, copy, and product imagery. By uploading them, you grant ThreadzShops a license to print them on apparel and display them on your storefront. You warrant that you have the rights to all uploaded content.

Payment

Setup fee + recurring subscription are billed via Stripe. You can cancel at any time. On cancellation, your storefront goes offline and the subscription does not renew.

Fulfillment + returns

ThreadzShops prints and ships orders from its Utah warehouse. Defective prints (malfunctions) are our responsibility — we re-print or refund. Non-defective returns are at the discretion of each shop owner per their stated returns policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to harm the platform.
