What we collect
Shop owners: name, email, phone (optional), payment info (handled by Stripe — we never see card numbers), uploaded logos + brand assets, store configuration, customer + order data flowing through the platform.
Shoppers: name, email, shipping address, order history, optional account credentials, wishlist + recently-viewed product activity (cookies).
How we use it
To operate the platform: process orders, route fulfillment, render storefronts, send transactional emails. To improve the platform: aggregated, anonymized analytics. We don't sell personal data.
Who shares the data
Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), Supabase (database + auth infrastructure), Vercel (hosting), and our fulfillment warehouse for order shipping only.
Your rights
You can request a CSV export of your data, deletion of your account, or correction of inaccurate data at any time. Email privacy@threadzshops.com.
